Born in 1976 in Romania and now lives in Budapest artist Sándor Szász (* 1976) continues in his art critical look at the howlers communist structural his country apart. His home village Bezidu Nou was under the dictatorial era of Nicolae Ceausescu mutwilllig flooded by the construction of a dam in order to force as a political and ideological action the villagers to the cities. Szász points to apocalyptic scenes, for which he used as a base personal events and feelings, photos, films and reports from the past, a time of personal dislocation and loss of individual identity.
