Applies (and is denied entry) to Dresden´s Kunstakademie.
Paints political posters for a state company.

Applies again to Dresden´s Kunstakademie and ands up Studying there for four years.

First paintings based on photographs. Travels to Paris with Konrad Lueg.

Professor at Düsseldorf´s Kunstakademie (until 1994).
